Let me introduce myself…my name is Katie Holloway. I am the mother of three beautiful daughters and one handsome son. I currently have two precious grandbabies and I’m engaged to marry the man of my dreams! I work a full time job as a mail carrier for the United States Post Office as well as coach clients in weight loss. Needless to say, I’m busy! I have always loved fitness and have a passion to help others reach their goals no matter how big or small! As a busy mom, grandmother, fiancé, employee, and health coach, I understand time restraints as well as the balancing act! I also understand the need and desire for health along with longevity!
At Killing It With Katie, I am dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Virtual Coach Specialist, with my Nutrition Coach Certification as well as a Certified Health Coach. I specialize in creating personalized workout plans and providing nutritional guidance to help you transform your body and live a healthier lifestyle.
I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, gender, or fitness level. My approach is based on creating sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, rather than quick fixes that are difficult to maintain.
I offer a variety of services, including one-on-one virtual training, predesigned programs for at home and gym workouts, and online live coaching. I have over 25 years of my own personal fitness experience and over 5 years in coaching weight loss clients. I would love to chat with you and customize your program to meet your unique needs.
